COVID Closures

By April 3, 2020October 27th, 2020COVID-19

In past weeks, AgTexas has responded to the quickly changing directives concerning COVID-19. Effective Monday, April 6, 2020, AgTexas will be closed to walk-in traffic through the end of April. What will never change is our commitment to agriculture, our customers and our employees. The following plan will maintain our current level of service while meeting high safety standards for all.

  • If you have payments or documents to drop off,  please use the designated area at your local branch office.
  • If you have critical needs that cannot be taken care of by phone or email, please call your local branch office to set up an appointment.
  • We encourage you to take advantage of our online tools. Loan payments and disbursements can be made online through Ag Banking Online or using FastCa$h by calling the branch office, providing you have been enrolled in these cash management products.

While technology allows us to do business remotely, we look forward to the end of this crisis and seeing our customers walk through our doors again. Until then, we will do our part to avoid the spread of the virus. Do not hesitate to call us. Your SUCCESS is our only purpose.

As public directives change, we will post the AgTexas response on this dedicated page and also on our Facebook and Twitter channels.

Each of us doing what needs doing, day-by-day, we’ll remain AG-STRONG. Thank you.
