| Association Information: |
AgTexas Farm Credit Services serves approximately 2,000 borrowers in a 23 county trade territory. The association has an outstanding loan volume of approximately $400 million. The loan portfolio consists of real estate, cotton, peanuts, livestock, dairy, feed grains, real estate and ag-related business loans. The Brownfield office and South Plains region serve a five county area and have an outstanding loan volume of approximately $100 million to approximately 325 borrowers, consisting primarily of cotton and peanuts.
Brownfield has a population of 9,500 and is located 35 miles southwest of Lubbock. The area provides strong agricultural production ability with approximately 50% of the land under irrigation. The community and surrounding communities offer multiple public school districts. Lubbock provides a wide variety of educational, cultural and recreational options. College opportunities include Texas Tech University, Lubbock Christian University and South Plains College. |

| Requirements/Qualifications: |
Degree in agricultural finance, agricultural economics, accounting, business administration, finance, or other related fields. Four to five years in production agriculture and/or mortgage lending experience. Experience in Farm Credit System institutions is a plus. Successful marketing experience and commitment to outstanding customer service is required. |

| Responsibilities: |
Performance of all aspects of relationship management, sales, credit delivery, risk assessment and loan pricing.. Candidate will exercise skills in effective sales techniques, credit risk management in conjunction with credit officer(s), taking loan applications, servicing loans and community relations. |
